Shipping and Delivery
We ship our products generally within 3 days of receiving the order. For products which require customization or/and manual crafting, it may take upto 7 days to ship your order. We ask for at least 3-5 for delivery in India from the date of shipping. For international orders that need shipping outside India, we ask for at least 7-10 days from the date of shipping. We send our international orders through reliable couriers such as Fedex, UPS, TNT, Skynet for speedy service. If you want us to send your order through a specific shipping company, feel free to request us. We will try our best to fulfill your request. However, we do not guarantee that.
Returns and Cancellation Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return and cancel your order.
To be eligible for a return/Cancellation, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You must also specify the reason for Cancellation to be eligible for a return. Since we provide certification options for every product we have, we do not accept reason for return as “Rudraksha not original”. If you feel the product is not original then we can provide you certification even after you have purchased the product. The charges for certifications and reverse shipping will be borne by the buyer.
To start a return/cancellation, you can contact us at [email protected]. You can also call us into the designated phone numbers mentioned in the contact us page. If your return/cancellation request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer must bear any return shipping charge that may incur. We only accept return if the product is :
(i) damaged before or at the process of shipping or/and
(ii) not as the same quality and material as described in the website.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will either repair the damaged item or issue a new one. If there is damage before or at the time of shipping, we will bear the entire responsibility for the return and replace order shipping charges.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as personalized & customized products and services ( energizing pooja ). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. .
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 days. Please remember it can generally take additional 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
